Tonights dinner from the weeks menu was Chicken Thighs with Zucchini and CousCous.It was nice. Not spectacular but nice. I did like the red-wine vinegar in the couscous, and next time I would definitely put more vinegar in it.
I have had a major lifestyle change in the last 2 years, the way I eat,cook, think about food, and exercise. I want to make great, nutritious, tasty food from scratch for my family and I hope I can inspire someone else to start doing the same. My motto is "It's all in the planning"!
